Best bottle ever for the gym. Keeps my beverage cooler 10 times longer. Very lightweight and durable, so many features. I love the off center spout, very easy to drink and a high flow rate when I'm thirsty. I take my bottle to work and for my work out. It's my drinking buddy 24/7.
